Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy

Exchange Policy

  • Without prejudice to agreed-upon and statutory warranty provisions, the consumer is entitled to exchange the product provided by the store within seven days from the date of receiving the product. The product cannot be exchanged after the seven-day period.
  • To exchange a product, it must be in good condition, unused, and without the consumer having benefited from it. The store reserves the right to inspect the product to ensure its condition before exchange. The consumer bears the shipping costs for the exchange, and in the case of international exchanges, the consumer is responsible for the full shipping costs and delivering the product to the shipping company. In case of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.

Products cannot be exchanged in the following cases:

  • If the product was manufactured based on the consumer's request or according to specifications they determined, except for products with defects or those that did not meet the consumer's specified requirements.
  • If the product is a video tape, CD, DVD, or software that has been used.
  • If the product is a newspaper, magazine, publication, or book, or any other type of authored content.
  • If a defect in the product resulted from the consumer's improper handling.
  • If the contract involves providing accommodation, transportation, or food services.
  • If the contract involves purchasing downloadable software products online.

Return Policy

  • The consumer bears the costs associated with the return process. In the case of international returns, the consumer is responsible for the full shipping costs and delivering the product to the shipping company. In case of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.
